Rick Copeland
Owner

Rick founded Copeland Custom Homes, Inc., in 1999 and since then has been developing CCH into the successful small business that it is today. Before founding CCH, Rick spent nine years as the lead chemical operator for the multi-million dollar facility, Syngenta, Inc., He was then promoted to production supervisor, a title he held for 13 years before dedicating his full-time to Copeland Custom Homes. Rick has had extensive training in operations, quality, and safety management and has been able to incorporate those skills through CCH.
Dylan Copeland
Superintendent

Dylan is one of the newest members of Copeland Custom Homes, having joined on December 3rd, 2018. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi back in December of 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. Since then he has worked as a Project Engineer for Wharton-Smith, Inc. for the past two years on the new Mobile County EMA project. Dylan brings experience in the public sector as well as a working knowledge of safety protocols and complementary management practices.
Grant Copeland
Superintendent

Grant joined Copeland Custom Homes back on January 2nd, 2019. He graduated from The University of Alabama in May 2018 with a degree in Operations Management. After graduation, he worked for Michelin Tires in Tuscaloosa for about six months overseeing the manufacturing of tires and tire materials. Grant brings experience to CCH through his knowledge of systems and processes and his ability to resolve issues.
