- Yes.
- Is this home exactly how you wanted it to be? Why or why not?
- There are a few things that didn’t turn out right. But mostly yes.
- Have you ever used another builder before? How does CCH compare to them?
- Yes, two other builders. All good builders.
- What was your favorite part about CCH (i.e. customer service, prices, responsiveness, etc.)?
- Almost all the vendors and special trades were very responsive – much faster than expected.
- If you ever choose to build again, whether it is a new house or an add-on, would you use CCH again?
- Yes.
- What would be one thing you would tell someone who is looking to build with CCH and would you recommend CCH to them?
- Rick Copeland is a man of integrity, who employs dedicated, hard working craftsman, and uses very helpful vendors. He will make sure they build it to your specifications, and follows the predetermined timeline. He also keeps the site clean (neither of our other builders did that).
