  1. When you used Copeland Custom Homes, was it your first time building?
    • No, but the first time with a custom home builder.
  2.  Rate your experience with CCH on a scale from 1 – 10.
    • 10
  3. Why did you decide to build with CCH?
    • I heard good things about Rick and saw a home he built and felt it was good quality.
  4. Did CCH meet or exceed your expectations?
    • Yes
  5. Is this home exactly how you wanted it to be? Why or why not?
    • Mostly, we wish the shower were different. Shower installer did not do as I would have expected in a custom home.
  6. Have you ever used another builder before? How does CCH compare to them?
    • Used Breland Homes in Huntsville. I liked CCH better since we had much more flexibility in getting what we wanted.
  7. What was your favorite part about CCH (i.e. customer service, prices, responsiveness, etc.)?
    • The quality of the home.
  8. If you ever choose to build again, whether it is a new house or an add-on, would you use CCH again?
    • Most likely.
  9. What would be one thing you would tell someone who is looking to build with CCH and would you recommend CCH to them?
    • I definitely recommend to someone wanting a nice custom home. I would tell them to take their time on the plan, think about room dimensions (what’s too small or larger than necessary), and maybe even find a similar home and walk through to ensure the layout is what you want. During construction, be sure to be present as much as possible to ensure things are like you want before it’s too late to modify. Don’t get to much in a rush to get the house done, because things happen, there will be delays.

    • Overall, we are very pleased.
