  1. When you used Copeland Custom Homes, was it your first time building?
    • Yes, this was my first time building and owning a home.
  2. Rate your experience with CCH on a scale from 1 – 10.
    • I rate Copeland Custom Homes a 10 and have shared my positive experience with a lot of friends and family.
  3. Why did you decide to build with CCH?
    • I met with 4 different builders before selecting Copeland Custom Homes. First, I grew up in Saraland and Mr. Rick has an outstanding reputation in our community. Second, I was only 24 years old when I started this process so I was anxious and wanted to make sure I chose a builder that I could trust. Third, I felt like Mr. Rick gave me a great price compared to other builders.
  4. Did CCH meet or exceed your expectations?
    • Exceeded!
  5. Is this home exactly how you wanted it to be? Why or why not?
    • Yes, the home is exactly how I wanted it to be. The quality of work is excellent in every room.
  6. Have you ever used another builder before? How does CCH compare to them?
    • I have not used another builder before. If I do build another home in the future, I will use Copeland Custom Homes again.
  7. What was your favorite part about CCH (i.e. customer service, prices, responsiveness, etc.)?
    • Customer service was excellent. Mr Rick was extremely patient and answered every question I had. I have seen the work of other builders and I feel that Copeland Custom Homes provides great quality for a better price.
  8. If you ever choose to build again, whether it is a new house or an add-on, would you use CCH again?
    • Absolutely!
  9. What would be one thing you would tell someone who is looking to build with CCH and would you recommend CCH to them?
    • I would share my positive experience with them. I shared that experience with another family in Saraland and they are now building with Copeland Custom Homes. Also, I have family members who are considering building in the near future. After seeing my home, they said they also plan to use Copeland Custom Homes.
